The gardens - including Jimi Blake’s beautiful Huntingbrook and Powerscourt, voted the world’s third most beautiful garden - have all been chosen in consultation with the Dublin Garden Club, local garden owners and an HPS member who lives there six months of the year. They are a mix of large, medium and small, personal gardens.
Probably staying at the 4* Ferrycarrig Hotel, near Wexford, the cost is a maximum of £805 per head per shared room, £160 single supplement. The hotel and price will be confirmed early in the new year.
Cost includes half-board accommodation, entrance to all and refreshments at many of the gardens, local pick-up points, return ferry crossing to Dublin, executive coach. Final details will be confirmed in the next few weeks. A £50 deposit will be needed by March 1, with the full balance by April 8, 2020.
